By purchasing a Prepnter membership, you agree to the Personal Use and Membership Policies outlined below. Violation or misuse of these policies may result in loss of access to materials without a refund.
Personal Use Policy
- Individual Licensing: Prepnter exam preparation products are licensed for individual use only. Materials may not be shared, copied, distributed, sold, or accessed by others without direct permission from Prepnter.
- Single User Access: Each membership is intended for one user only. Sharing login credentials or providing access to others is strictly prohibited.
Membership Policies
Refunds
- Initial Membership Payments: No refunds are offered on initial membership payments. We encourage users to explore the Free Membership to evaluate the platform and materials before upgrading.
- Renewal Membership Payments: Refunds are available within 3 days (72 hours) after a renewal payment is processed. After 3 days, no refunds will be issued. Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment only.
Subscription and Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as shown on your subscription confirmation). It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
Cancelling Memberships
You can cancel your membership anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of the current membership period; partial refunds are not offered.
One Account per Person and Accurate Information
All accounts must be created using a real name and a valid email address. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or attempting to bypass system controls may result in account suspension and a permanent ban from the Prepnter website.
Account Suspension and Termination
Prepnter reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these policies, including misuse of materials, sharing access, or fraudulent activity. This may be done without prior notice and without a refund.
Content and Platform Updates
Prepnter may update, modify, or remove content, features, or platform functionality at any time to improve the learning experience.
Access Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, Prepnter is not responsible for temporary technical issues, system outages, or third-party service disruptions that may affect access to the platform.
